We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $30m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Left Lane, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 500,000 employees in over 1,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.
Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.
What you will do
Reporting to the Lead Revenues Operations, your mission is clear: generate qualified, high-intent pipeline for our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams. You will design, execute, and scale a multi-segment, multi-country acquisition strategy.
Performance acquisition strategy - Own Riot's performance acquisition strategy across our key markets (FR, UK, SP, IT, DACH). - Adapt the playbook by market maturity, competitive pressure and CAC/payback constraints. - Build differentiated strategies for Mid-Market (volume, intent harvesting, scaling Search/PMax). - And for Enterprise (precision, audiences, ABM alignment, long-cycle nurturing).
Campaign execution, optimisation & ABM - Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Competitor, Brand, Retargeting) and Social Ads across all segments. - Run systematic test programs on audiences, creatives, landing pages and value propositions. - Prioritise spend based on pipeline potential and CAC payback per segment and region. - Activate intent-based and ABM campaigns (6sense / Clearbit / Demandbase or equivalent), coordinating with RevOps to sync ICPs lists, scoring signals.
SEO Strategy - Content production is already covered internally, you lead strategy and direction. - Build the SEO roadmap across markets and segments and guide the content writer with structured briefs. - Select and prioritize topics based on intent, competition, and business opportunities. - Optimise page structure, on-page SEO, and internal linking. - Ensure strong SEO SEA synergy to capture the most profitable queries and reduce paid dependency.
Analytics and tracking - Build dashboards using GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio. - Implement tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics (impression → revenue) with RevOps. - Drive conversion optimisation (LP testing, UX improvements, message testing). - Use advanced tooling for enrichment, ICP matching, and intent-based prioritisation. - 3–6 years in Paid Acquisition within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong mastery of Linkedin and Google Ads (Search, PMax, competitive bidding, retargeting)
- Experience building differentiated strategies for Mid-Market & Enterprise
- Familiarity with ABM tactics and audience-based segmentation
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals: intent, content frameworks, page architecture
- Proven track record of applying AI into new creative use cases
- Solid analytics culture (GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio)
- You're a doer: not afraid to get your hands dirty and get things done
