What you will do
- Design and execute Skello’s inbound strategy across France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
- Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization.
- Leverage AI and LLMs deeply to multiply content output, speed, and personalization.
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to achieve a new level of productivity.
- Lead a data-driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments.
- Define and own KPIs—MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL—and drive their rapid growth.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue.
- Build and mentor a small, high‑performing inbound team as we scale.
What we are looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth, preferably in a B2B SaaS or scale‑up environment.
- Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation with HubSpot mastery expected.
- A strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
- A creative, ROI‑driven marketer who balances storytelling and performance.
- Deep, productive use of AI—beyond simple prompts—for workflow scalability.
- Proficiency in tools that structure, scale, and optimize workflows.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 minimum); Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- If you have not integrated LLMs into your marketing practice or are unaware of Claude Code, this role is not for you.

Interview Process
- First Interview: Meet with VP Marketing Eliott to discuss fit and Skello’s vision.
- Business Case: Work on a real growth challenge to showcase analytical and strategic thinking.
- Debrief: Meet a member of the Sales team, a member of the Product team, and Eliott to discuss your approach.
- Final Interview: Meet with CEO Quitterie to align on ambition, impact, and culture fit.
