Performance Manager – Luxury Client Team
The Performance Manager will be a crucial member of our client‑focused team, responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of global digital acquisition campaigns for our luxury sector client. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong collaborative skills to ensure consistent performance, adherence to global guidelines, and effective knowledge sharing across international teams. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility and customer acquisition through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Global campaign support: assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital always‑on acquisition campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.) across multiple international markets, ensuring strict alignment with the client's global strategy and brand guidelines.
- Data analysis and reporting: contribute to comprehensive analysis and reporting of campaign performance globally, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation to maximise ROI.
- Cross‑market collaboration and knowledge sharing: liaise with local market teams to facilitate the exchange of insights, best practices, and performance learnings, fostering a connected and high‑performing global network; participate in global team calls and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Quality assurance and compliance: support the implementation and adherence to global performance marketing guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital activities.
- Market intelligence: stay abreast of international media trends, regulatory changes, and platform updates (e.g. Google, Meta, programmatic platforms), sharing relevant information and potential implications with both global and local teams.
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in media planning and buying, either agency‑side or client‑side, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. International exposure is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential, alongside business proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
- Technical acumen: Demonstrated understanding of various digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and their respective platforms.
- Analytical skills: Comfortable with numerical data and figures, with a strong ability to analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Project management: Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively and managing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interpersonal & communication: Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
- Problem‑solving: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and a genuine aptitude for imagining and proposing innovative solutions.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Possesses a creative mindset and an interest in business development.
