Overview
We are seeking a seasoned People
Soft CRM Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions on People
Soft CRM 9.1/9.2 and People
Tools 8.61. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in People
Code, Application Engine, integrations, and security with strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative, Agile mindset
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain People
Soft CRM 9.1/9.2 applications using People
Tools 8.61Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and stored procedures
Design and implement integrations using Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and File Layouts
Develop business logic using Application Engine, People
Code, and People
Soft Framework utilities
Implement and manage People
Soft security configurations and access controls
Apply BORM (Business Object Relationship Model) concepts in solution design
Perform advanced debugging and technical troubleshooting for People
Soft applications
Must Have Skills
Hands-on experience on People
Soft CRM 9.1 or 9.2, Knowledge on People tools 8.61Knowledge on Oracle PLSQL developer.
Knowledge on Integration tools like Integration Broker/Component Interfaces/File Layouts and Application Packages.
Strong Knowledge on Application Engine, People
Code, Framework and Utilities Concept in application.
Strong Knowledge on Component Interface, File Layouts, P/S Query and People
Soft Security.
Should have strong hold on BORM concept.
Strong debugging and technical troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
Additional knowledge on Java/Java scripts/HTML will be an advantage.
Knowledge on People
Soft Administration will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on Agile development and Agile practices is added advantage.
