People Operations Specialist — France: Payroll & Automation

Pennylane SAS is seeking a confirmed or Senior People Operations Specialist to support HR processes for approximately 300 employees in the Tech and Product divisions. This role requires solid experience in HR operations and the ability to drive automation and compliance with French labor laws.

You will work within a collaborative environment, reporting directly to the People Operations Manager, where you'll own entire employee journeys from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to best practices.
