People Operations & Onboarding Coordinator

Datadog is seeking an enthusiastic HR Operations Coordinator to join our People team in a hybrid Paris environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, own onboarding and offboarding, and maintain data across the full employee lifecycle with audits and updates.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and managers to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for new hires.
