Responsibilities

As a People Operations Manager on the People Operations France team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, ensuring a seamless employee experience and maintaining compliance throughout onboarding, offboarding, payroll, legal, HR policies, and HRIS.

  • Act as the main point of contact for a defined scope, addressing daily queries from employees, managers, and providers.
  • Serve as the reference person for HR‑related topics, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, legal, HR policies, processes, and HRIS.
  • Work closely with the People Operations team members in France (Anouck, Lucie, Ambre, Magali) on day‑to‑day HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate people data in HR systems (Workday) and prepare payroll inputs for your designated population.
  • Champion HR lifecycle topics and serve as a referent on your perimeter.
  • Design, implement, and standardise HR policies in a scale‑up environment.
  • Lead HR projects to enhance working methods, including parenthood policies, HRIS improvement, and progress reviews.
  • Adapt quickly to scale while ensuring a high‑quality level of HR standards.

Remote Work Policy

Remote work is allowed for up to two days per week; the position requires presence in Paris for at least three days a week.

About Your Future Manager

  • Julia Lecointe – Head of People Operations.
  • Background: Over a decade in risk management, internal control, and compliance, with experience leading People Operations and Payroll.
  • Focus: Building and optimising complex processes while ensuring seamless payroll experience.

Qualities & Qualifications

  • At least six years of experience as a People Operations or HR generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and legal topics, hands‑on, able to multitask and prioritise.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships based on confidentiality and trust.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
