People Operations Generalist – Remote, Equity & Growth

DualEntry is hiring a seasoned HRBP to own end-to-end people operations in a fast-growing fintech startup. You will steward employee lifecycle processes, policy development, and internal communications while partnering with Finance on payroll and audits.
