People Operations Engineer, France - Automate & Scale HR

Shine is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the French HR lifecycle across Paris, Madrid and Porto. You will engineer and automate onboarding, contracts and offboarding, ensuring data integrity and seamless system flows.

You’ll collaborate with Payroll and Labour Law teams, implement automation to reduce manual work, and maintain compliant, audit-ready records across European operations.
