People Operations Advisor (6-months CDD)
Role Summary
Based in Paris, you will join the Global People Operations team to support our key European markets, specifically France and Spain. The core mission of this role is to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires while contributing to HR administration, employee support, and reliable payroll coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class HR service for managers and employees across France and Spain, and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.
- Answer and coordinate incoming HR-questions and tickets within a 48-hour resolution time, providing advice on people policies and procedures.
- Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation for the assigned regions.
- Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (BambooHR) through regular audits.
- Prepare and coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team, acting as the primary point of contact for health insurances, benefit providers, and employment agencies.
- Provide reports and participate in international and cross-team projects with Global People Operations colleagues.
About you
- Job experience: 2.5+ years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR admin role (internship or apprenticeship included).
- Languages & level: Fluent in English and a professional level in Spanish.
- Tools & processes: Familiar with MS-Office and hands-on experience working with an HRIS (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
- Traits: Self-organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, and focused on finding solutions.
