The People Experience Manager must accomplish the following:

Employee Well-being

  • Act as an advocate for fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall well‑being of employees.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Establish and maintain programs that support mental health, work‑life balance, and employee satisfaction.

Talent Development

  • Support employees in their career growth by providing opportunities for learning and development, including training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career advancement pathways.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning and development programs.
  • Support the performance management process and contribute to a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure fair and effective performance management processes, including regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees through surveys and other means to understand their needs, concerns, and suggestions, and use this information to drive improvements in the employee experience.

Workplace Culture and Climate

  • Shape and reinforce a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment where diversity is celebrated.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to address concerns and promote effective communication.
  • Implement initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Lead efforts to celebrate achievements, recognize outstanding performance, and promote a positive team spirit.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Employee Development or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of work experience minimum.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the technology or AI industry and experience in a start‑up in a fast‑growing phase.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, talent development, and workplace well‑being.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive positive cultural change within an organisation.
