Role Purpose
The P&C Business Partner will provide practical, hands‑on people support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with leaders to deliver people initiatives that support operational performance, employee experience, and business outcomes for France.
This role has a strong operational focus, ensuring core P&C processes are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with French employment law, while also acting as a trusted business partner to managers on workforce planning, performance, retention, employee relations, and organisational change across France and other European regions as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a generalist HR role within France.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and employee relations processes.
- Proven experience managing end to end recruitment.
- Confidence handling ER cases independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on, and solutions‑focused.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to keep the entire employee journey cohesive, efficient and aligned with business goals in France.
- Help managers make confident decisions on performance, people matters, and everything in between.
- Spot trends, risks, and opportunities in people data and turn insights into action.
- Own the hiring process end‑to‑end, build talent pipelines, and deliver a standout candidate experience.
- Set new hires up for success from day one with engaging, structured onboarding and strong team connections.
- Run performance review cycles, support development, tackle underperformance, and keep a close eye on retention stats.
- Lead engagement initiatives, support change, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace where people love to work.
