What you’ll do as People Business Partner:

  • Be the strategic commercial people partner for the Southern Europe region leadership team, shaping and delivering a people plan that is aligned to our growth and performance goals.
  • Actively work with business leaders to improve performance and team health. Step into conversations where people are central to success, and bring a clear, commercial lens to talent and performance issues.
  • Build capability & pipeline — own the end‑to‑end talent agenda, succession, leadership & management development and learning solutions (incl. sales, engineering, operations).
  • Design & lead change — organisational design, workforce planning, post‑merger integration, and geographic expansion; create clarity of structure, roles and decision rights.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.

You are:

  • A proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast paced, scaling, multi‑country environment (matrix / multiple legal entities).
  • Commercially astute: you read a P&L and KPIs, link people levers to outcomes and prioritise initiatives that move the numbers; you’re execution‑driven and deliver at pace.
  • A trusted advisor and influencer: curious, proactive, comfortable challenging (including upwards), and skilled at building healthy stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong in OD, change and workforce planning: from strategic design to sleeves‑rolled‑up delivery; able to “chunk up and chunk down.”
  • Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish or Italian; willing to travel across the region.
