Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
- Help managers navigate performance conversations
- Participate in performance improvement plans
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience
- Assist in coordinating and supporting key people-related processes across the company
- Maintain people dashboards and reporting
- Contribute to cross-functional people projects as the company scales
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR generalist or People Partner roles
- Initial exposure to employee relations and/or performance management topics
- Experience working in an international environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI assistants to enhance productivity and workflows
