Responsibilities

  • Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Help managers navigate performance conversations
  • Participate in performance improvement plans
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting key people-related processes across the company
  • Maintain people dashboards and reporting
  • Contribute to cross-functional people projects as the company scales

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR generalist or People Partner roles
  • Initial exposure to employee relations and/or performance management topics
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
  • Comfortable using modern tools and AI assistants to enhance productivity and workflows
