People Analytics Analyst: AI-Driven HR Insights

Qonto is seeking a People Data Analyst in Paris to turn HR data into actionable insights and robust dashboards. You will work with People Systems, HRBPs, and Finance partners to answer practical questions and standardize metrics.

You’ll validate data, document calculations, and ensure compliant reporting while leveraging AI to save time and improve outputs. You should have solid experience in HR analytics, SQL, Excel, and BI tools, plus English fluency; French is a strong plus.
