People AI Operations Lead

Senior role in People function to build AI agents, automations, and internal tools for recruiting, onboarding, performance, and HR operations. Responsibilities include shipping production AI tools, organizing internal AI enablement programs, partnering with Engineering on infrastructure, defining responsible AI usage policies, and measuring adoption and impact. Requires 5+ years experience with 2+ years shipping internal tools for non-technical users, proficiency in Python or TypeScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and familiarity with AI/automation tools like Dust, n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, MCP, Retool, or Airtable scripts. Fluent English required. Hybrid work model based in Paris. Salary range €88,000–€120,000.
