About the Role

As a senior individual contributor in the People function, you will report to Nicholas, Chief People Officer, and focus on building AI agents, automations, and internal tools to streamline recruiting, onboarding, performance, and HR operations. You will also lead company‑wide AI enablement, partner with engineering on infrastructure, define responsible AI usage, and own adoption and impact measurements.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI agents, automations, and internal tools
    • Ship production agents for recruiting, onboarding, and mobility workflows.
    • Observe processes to identify immediate automation leverage.
    • Deploy with n8n, Claude Code, Notion AI, and the broader stack.
    • Measure, test, and improve production tools.
  • Lead AI enablement across the company
    • Organize the internal AI Champions program end to end.
    • Identify power users per team and equip them with a playbook.
    • Run community sessions such as office hours and brown bags.
    • Teach recruiters, office managers, and HR teammates to build agents.
  • Partner with Engineering on the infrastructure layer
    • Build data access, MCP servers, and governance for safe building.
    • Translate People and Operations needs into clear technical requirements.
    • Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Define responsible People AI usage
    • Set standards for data classification, approved tools, and workflows.
    • Clarify data usage policies and approved environments.
    • Build guardrails with Legal, Infra, and Engineering to protect trust and privacy.
  • Own adoption and impact
    • Measure adoption, time saved, agents in production, and productivity gains.
    • Identify highest‑leverage opportunities across People and adjacent teams.
    • Build and run a pragmatic roadmap with the CPO.

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years shipping internal tools, agents, or automations for non‑technical users.
  • Hands‑on builder with Python or TypeScript, APIs, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation.
  • Deep familiarity with at least two modern AI and automation tools such as Dust, n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs, MCP, Retool, or Airtable scripts.
  • Track record of working closely with non‑technical stakeholders across People, Operations, Finance, Sales, or Product.
  • Strong process judgment: capable of spotting high‑leverage automation and designing better systems.
  • Fluent English‑speaking operator who can train teams without creating dependency.

Nice to Haves

  • Shipped a side project, open‑source contribution, agent, or internal tool outside of work.
  • Served as the go‑to AI person in a 200+ person scale‑up.
  • Led internal trainings or wrote documentation that changed a team's workflow.
  • Background in RevOps, People Ops, BizOps, Product Ops, forward‑deployed engineering, or founder/operator work.

What We Offer

Location: Paris. Pay range: €88,000–€120,000.
