People Advisor: HR Support & Onboarding Specialist

Maersk is seeking a People Advisor in Le Havre, France, to serve as the first contact for employee HR queries. In this role, you will ensure a positive employee experience by managing inquiries about HR policies, guiding use of HR systems, and improving HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, fluent communication skills in English and French, and preferably one to two years of HR experience or a background in customer service.
