A few examples of your responsibilities

Guide smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering outstanding experiences while handling administrative updates such as contract changes, system updates, and document processing—continuously improving the underlying workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Manage job-offer processes end-to-end, including monitoring and negotiation, providing relevant information, and supporting international employees with visas and other required documentation—leveraging automation to streamline preparation, coordination, and follow-through.

Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
