The structure

This is a multidisciplinary clinic set up three years ago, located in a family-town area close to schools and amenities. The dental center has five dental chairs, one of which is available for pediatric practice. The team is young and friendly, with a mentoring system available, a secretariat and four dedicated dental assistants working systematically in pairs. The majority of patients are local, with a strong demand for pedodontics.

Remuneration

• Retrocession ranging from 28% to 30% gross of sales

Missions

• Comprehensive care for paediatric patients, from diagnosis to follow-up
• Conservative, restorative and exodontic treatment tailored to the needs of children
• Implement prevention and oral health education protocols
• Close collaboration with the pediatrician and general practitioner for child follow-up
• Work in tandem with dental assistants and coordinate with the secretary's office
• Participation in the development of the site's pediatric activity
