Position Overview
We are seeking a personable and motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values meaningful patient relationships and enjoys practicing in a close-knit private practice setting focused on exceptional pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive well-child and sick visits
- Perform developmental screenings and routine preventive care
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and conditions
- Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on health, development, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
- Active Florida medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, compassionate, and family-centered approach to patient care
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
