Le Wagon for Business designs and delivers hands-on training programmes on data, AI, and tech for teams at 100+ companies: Société Générale, TotalEnergies, L'Oréal, BNP Paribas, CA-CIB, Stellantis, and others. We have trained over 16K employees worldwide. The work that makes these programmes land is translating a client\'s business problem into training that produces real behaviour change.

We are looking for a Pedagogical Engineer . This role is based in Paris, working on-site with the LWFB team.

The role

This role sits at the intersection of client work and product ownership. On the client side, you work in close partnership with Sales. You join discovery calls, bring technical and pedagogical depth into the conversation, and shape solutions that go beyond what the client initially asked for. Over time you develop a proactive view of your accounts: what should we be proposing? What does this client need next?

On the product side, you own the catalogue. You decide what LWFB builds, updates, and retires. When a tool or methodology becomes standard in enterprise environments, you see it early and bring it in. You\'re expected to have a view on where corporate training is heading and to bring that perspective into the team\'s strategic discussions.

Part of this work also involves building and maintaining technical partnerships with technology providers such as Microsoft,Dataiku,Palantir,Dust.... When we develop training on a partner\'s platform or product, you\'re the one who owns the technical relationship and ensures the programme reflects what that technology actually does in enterprise environments.

What we\'re looking for

A strong interest in how people learn is the foundation of this role. The technical skills and client credibility matter, but they serve the pedagogy.

Beyond that:

• Effectiveness with senior stakeholders: you listen well, earn trust quickly, and know how to propose rather than just respond.

• Real technical fluency in data and AI: data science, ML, GenAI, cloud platforms, enterprise tool stacks.

• A consulting mindset. You start from the client\'s problem. You propose before being asked.

• Pedagogical craft. You know the difference between a topic list and a learning objective. You know what a good capstone looks like. You understand why hands-on practice is central, not optional.

• An entrepreneurial streak: comfortable with ambiguity, you iterate and take initiative without waiting for a clear brief.

• Around 5 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, instructional design, or a fast-moving client-facing role.

• Fluent in French and English.

Strong plus

Experience in a coding or data bootcamp, as a student, teacher, or on the operations side — Le Wagon alumni are welcome. Familiarity with Qualiopi or French corporate training compliance. Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Azure, or Dataiku.
