Beyond Words creates immersive language-learning content for schools and universities.Our product combines real-life video scenarios, targeted linguistic objectives, and ready-to-use teaching materials.
We are looking for someone able to produce high-volume, high-quality pedagogical content in Spanish.
Mission
You will create pedagogical video content and learning materials for our application.Your work will be directly visible to students and teachers, so delivering high-quality content is essential.
A clear weekly production target (videos + PDFs) will be defined from your first day.
- Plan, script, and record short educational video sequences (role-plays, dialogues, real-life situations, linguistic objectives, contextualized vocabulary).
- Produce clear, usable PDF materials to support each video (e.g. vocabulary lists, activities).
- Adapt content to different CEFR levels (A1 to C1).
- Ensure clear pronunciation, appropriate pacing, and relevant contexts for learners.
- Collaborate with our pedagogical lead to align themes and learning paths.
- Implement internal feedback quickly and release updated versions.
- Track and report weekly on your production and results.
Ideal profile
- You have experience creating video content.
- You are comfortable on camera and confident producing supporting documents.
- You have excellent written and spoken Spanish.
- You can design clear, simple, precise pedagogical materials in Spanish.
- You are reliable and like to bring your own creative touch while respecting guidelines.

Requirements
- Level of studies: Short cycle or equivalent (EQF 5), Master (EQF 7), Doctorate (EQF 8)
- 1 year experience
Conditions
- Work schedule: Full time (35 h/week)
- Salary range: 200 to 200 EUR / month
We add 200 € / month to your Erasmus Allowance
