- Operations Finance Business Partner Manager Job Summary The Plant Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial management and reporting for the plant. This position is responsible for monthly analysis and follow-up of plant costs, preparation of forecasts and ad hoc reports, and ensuring the integrity of financial and operational data. The Plant Accountant will work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and monitor fixed, variable, and MPE (Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering) costs monthly.
- Prepare and distribute monthly forecasts and ad hoc cost reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify business drivers impacting plant performance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual plant Profit Objective preparation and ongoing financial planning.
