About the role

Join the People team to manage payroll operations for 700 employees spanning 13 countries. You will report directly to the Senior Payroll Manager to maintain accuracy and compliance across our global workforce.

What you'll do

• Collect and verify payroll inputs including salary changes, bonuses, and new hire or termination data.
• Coordinate with international payroll providers to ensure on-time processing.
• Perform initial audits of payroll calculations prior to final manager approval.
• Maintain compliance with local labor regulations across France, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Dubai, and Japan.
• Serve as the primary resource for staff inquiries regarding payroll.
• Assist in projects aimed at automating and improving payroll workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources and Payroll.
• Proven track record in payroll processing, ideally within an international context.
• Expertise in payroll regulations for at least one of the countries where we operate.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously while keeping the Senior Payroll Manager informed.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages such as French or German.

Skills & tools

• Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• Experience using various payroll software systems.
