Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify all information required to prepare payroll
• Compile the collected information and transmit it to the payroll service provider
• Design and update processes, methods and management tools
• Inform accountants about collective bargaining agreements and about legal and contractual requirements
• Manage and monitor employee work stoppages/sick leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources and/or Payroll Management
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector is an asset
• Rigour and reliability
