About the Position
Payroll & HRIS Specialist – responsible for ensuring the reliability and compliance of payroll in partnership with our outsourced payroll provider. Acts as the HRIS reference and ensures the quality of HR data across all QSRP France brands.
Responsibilities
- Payroll management
- Prepare, validate and transmit payroll variables to the payroll provider.
- Control produced payroll statements for accuracy, compliance and discrepancies.
- Handle corrections and arbitrations with the provider.
- Validate payroll cycles within time‑frames.
- Respond to employee payroll queries.
- Maintain payroll operation documents and liaise with relevant departments.
- Monitor legal and social payroll updates.
- Ensure internal process compliance.
- Provider coordination
- Guarantee payroll configuration (profiles, retirement, health, insurance accounts).
- Serve as the sole contact for the payroll provider.
- Track incidents, anomalies and corrections.
- Ensure delivery quality (time‑frames, reliability, compliance).
- HRIS
- Maintain data integrity between tools (GTA / HRIS / Payroll).
- Act as the HR data reference and provide support to users.
- Drive data reliability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of payroll management experience.
- Proven ability to manage outsourced payroll and enhance processes.
- Strong HRIS and HR data focus.
- Process‑oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience collaborating with HR and Finance.
- Diplomatic, service oriented and skilled at prioritising tasks.
- Knowledge of Success Factor and Silae (combo considered an advantage).
