Payroll & HR Generalist — Industrial, with Share Options

Ingersoll Rand Équipements de Production (Airmax Groupe) in Sin-Le-Noble is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer. You will manage complete payroll operations, ensure personnel administration, and support HR managers across sites, including coordination with teams in India.

You will implement HR policies, participate in social and regulatory projects, and maintain accurate HR indicators and onboarding processes for new hires and interns.
