Payroll Centre Lead – HR Operations

The OECD Executive Directorate (EXD), Human Resources Management Service (HRM), is seeking a Payroll Centre Team Lead to oversee payroll operations and HR services. You will manage daily payroll production, advise senior management on HR issues, and drive process improvements in collaboration with HRM and other partners.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, at least five years in payroll/HR advisory, and experience leading a small team.
