We are strengthening our HR Shared Services Team and are looking for support at our locations in Puteaux (France), Wroclaw or Czestochowa (Poland).

As Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services within an international Shared Services environment. You will be responsible for payroll coordination, personnel administration, employee lifecycle management, and collaboration with local and global HR stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations.

What you can look forward to as Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist:

  • Manage personnel administration processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate administrative onboarding activities, including employment documentation and mandatory registrations.
  • Administer temporary employment and apprenticeship contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate time and absence management processes, including vacation, sick leave, and other employee absences.
  • Prepare, validate, and coordinate payroll data, including fixed and variable compensation elements.
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing, contributions, and related documentation.
  • Serve as a key contact for HR and payroll-related inquiries, managing tickets and requests through HR service management tools.
  • Support HR process harmonization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to local and global HR projects.

Your profile as Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in payroll and/or personnel administration, ideally within an international organization.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center environment or a similar centralized HR service model.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, personnel administration, and employment law.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR information systems, payroll applications, and ticket management platforms.
  • Experience coordinating with external payroll providers and managing payroll-related service delivery activities.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests in a structured and professional manner.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, organizational ability, autonomy, and ownership, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
