Pattern Maker / Seamstress

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Seamstress in Paris. This is a hands‑on role working closely with the design team and founders to develop, refine, and execute patterns across various mens & womenswear categories.

All required top‑of‑the‑line machinery and equipment will be provided on site.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and refine garment patterns based on design concepts
• Work closely with the founders to ensure fit, proportion, and construction align with PDR’s brand standards
• Lead fittings and implement precise pattern adjustments based on feedback
• Sew and construct prototypes and development samples
• Analyze fabric behavior and adapt patterns to different materials and weights
• Develop patterns across a wide range of materials, including leather and all fabric types
• Maintain consistency between patterns, samples, and final production specifications

Requirements

• Strong experience in pattern making and garment construction
• Proven experience working with leather and a wide variety of fabrics
• Proficiency in fittings, alterations, and sewing techniques
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
• Experience with CAD software (not mandatory)
