Partnerships Manager (Junior) - CDI
Support the Head of Partnerships (Chloé) across key growth, product, and operational initiatives to scale Karmen’s partner ecosystem.
Main missions
We are looking for a highly motivated Partnership Manager to help drive the next chapter of our growth at the intersection of partnerships, product, and operations. Our ambition is to turn the partnerships acquisition channel into Karmen’s dominant acquisition channel over the next 24 months.
Partnership Development
- Identify, contact, negotiate, and test new partnership channels to drive qualified loan applications to Karmen
- Source high-quality businesses in need of growth capital through new and existing partners
- Contribute to strategic partnerships (CFO, Brokers, advisory firms, SaaS, fintechs, etc.)
- Represent Karmen at online and physical events
Partner Portfolio Management (via Partner App)
- Manage a portfolio of partners using our Partner App
- Support partners in submitting and following their financing applications
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified deals to the Sales team
- Monitor partner performance and improve conversion across the funnel
Operations & CRM
- Structure and optimize workflows (lead management, deal tracking, partner follow-ups)
- Manage and maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Build and execute nurturing campaigns to reactivate and engage partners
- Track performance (KPIs, funnel, reporting) and suggest improvements
Product & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Tech & Ops teams to improve the Partner App (feedback, automatisations, features)
- Collect partner feedback and translate it into actionable product insights
- Contribute to improving internal processes and partner experience by leveraging AI
Additional Projects
- Participate in strategic initiatives to scale the partnerships channel
- Test new growth ideas and tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve acquisition and activation
Your team & Contacts
You will work closely with:
- Chloé (Head of Partnerships)
- Gabriel (CEO & Co-founder)
You will also collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Ops teams, and be in direct contact with our partners.
1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management (ideally in a startup, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or finance environment)
Proven ability to source, close, and manage partners over time
Strong ownership: you can manage a partner portfolio end-to-end (from sourcing to deal flow generation)
Fluent in English (oral and written) & French
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent), data-driven environments, and leveraging AI to optimize workflows, automate processes and drive smarter decision‑making
Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple partners, deals, and workflows simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills: you’re at ease with partners and know how to build long‑term relationships
