Partnerships Manager
Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.
Your Role
This role focuses on managing strategic partnerships and delivering high-impact workplans across priority commodities and markets. You will act as a key point of contact for members, ensuring strong coordination, high-quality delivery, and meaningful impact, while contributing to business development and collaboration across Earthworm’s global network.
As Partnership Manager you will:
- Manage the development and delivery of member partnerships and workplans, ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, budgets, and EF’s vision.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to members, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Coordinate internal collaboration across teams and expertise to deliver effective and integrated solutions, including engagement with field teams where relevant.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping to grow or renew partnerships.
- Engage external stakeholders and contribute to cross-member collaboration, while fostering knowledge sharing and alignment with EF’s values and culture.
Your Profile
You are passionate about environmental and social responsibility, with a solid understanding of supply chains and sourcing challenges. Ideally, you have also gained some practical or “field” experience during your career.
You are comfortable managing relationships, including with senior stakeholders, and enjoy influencing decisions to drive positive impact. A clear and confident communicator, you know how to adapt your message to your audience, combining clarity, pragmatism, and empathy.
Structured and solution-oriented, you are able to navigate complexity and translate broad or technical topics into clear, actionable insights. You enjoy finding pragmatic ways forward, even in challenging situations.
Well-organised and reliable, you can prioritise effectively, manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver with attention to detail. Your curiosity, listening skills, and positive mindset help you build strong working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You have experience working in global supply chains, either in the private sector or NGOs, and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
