Partnerships Growth Ops

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, design, and delivery of internal solutions to automate partners management
• Address high-impact problems within partnerships channel
• Coordinate efforts between Engineering, Ops, Business teams, and Senior Management
• Own the partnership channel roadmap and work with various stakeholders
• Develop POC solutions, manipulate data, and collaborate with partners managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth-focused roles
• Technical acumen and comfort with systems
• Customer-focused and data-driven approach
• Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive initiative
• Adaptability to changing environments and methodologies
