Our partner network—Hosts, activity providers, restaurants—is one of the brand's most powerful assets. Each partner is an audience, a source of credibility, and a gateway to new customers. It requires cultivation through content, value exchanges, consistent presence, and real relationships.

This role exists to turn partnerships into a sustainable growth engine through SEO, branding, and CRM, not just to manage a spreadsheet.

What you’ll do

1. SEO & Partnerships

  • Identify and develop Host partnerships that generate qualified traffic.
  • Build a backlink strategy with Host partners.
  • Produce and optimize SEO content: articles, partner pages, venue guides.
  • Track and analyze partner-driven traffic and propose improvements.

KPIs: backlinks secured, Host SEO traffic, partner page rankings.

2. Host Branding

  • Build the Host brand image and make it compelling to attract new partners.
  • Define and bring to life key Host messaging: why join Naboo, how partners are showcased.
  • Drive Host content on LinkedIn: posts, venue spotlights, partner interviews.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to strengthen visibility of partner spaces.
  • Maintain consistency between promises and performance.

3. CRM & Host Nurturing

  • Turn existing partners into active ambassadors and reduce churn.
  • Optimize the Host loyalty program: benefits, perceived ROI, long-term engagement.
  • Produce the Host newsletter (editorial + data-driven).
  • Improve onboarding landing pages and forms to maximize completion rates.

Who you are

• You're currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• You’re not afraid to take on responsibility quickly and understand how an international startup is built, not just check tasks off a list.

• You use AI as a speed lever, not a shortcut, and are comfortable switching between content, data, and human relationships in the same week.

• A first experience in marketing, partnerships, or content is a plus, but curiosity, rigor, and a drive to do things that matter are paramount.

What you’ll learn

This internship or apprenticeship gives hands‑on experience building a partner network at international scale, running SEO, content production, and CRM automation simultaneously. You’ll develop fluency with AI tools, while mastering the partnership fundamentals of trust, mutual value, and time.

What this role is NOT

  • It’s not a partnership administration role that merely maintains a CRM and sends templated emails.
  • It’s not a social media management job that schedules posts and calls it a day.
  • It’s not a role where you wait to be told what to do; we need someone who spots opportunities, flags them, and moves on.
  • It’s not a role for someone who views AI as a threat or a magic wand; you’ll use it fluently for research, drafting, and analysis while keeping human judgment.

What success looks like after 2–3 months

• The Host partner network grows in size and engagement.

• New SEO partnerships are live and generating measurable traffic.

• The Host newsletter has a consistent rhythm and a growing open rate.

• Onboarding flows become smoother and more partners complete them.

• The marketing team feels genuinely supported on partner content and amplification.

• You’ve already identified the next three initiatives to pursue.
