Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of partners’ business solutions (ISV/SDC) by aligning their technology roadmap with Microsoft’s cloud offerings and providing strategic guidance.
• Lead partners through complex cloud transformation journeys, championing innovative cloud technologies such as Copilot, AI, Agentic AI, and Security to accelerate time to market and uncover new business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation by inspiring partners to adopt a tech‑intensity mindset and staying ahead of emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with partner C‑suite, CTOs, executives, and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and long‑term partnership success.
• Drive business growth and innovation by collaborating effectively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow‑through on strategic initiatives.
• Align technology solutions with business goals, contributing to the development of technology roadmaps and supporting partners with actionable recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in technology IP solutions or services development with a deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends such as generative AI, SaaS, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. Strong background in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization is highly desirable.
