Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Drive partner relationships
  • Implement business plan with measurable KPIs to ensure meet/ exceed Channel Rev goals
  • Develop capacity plan and coverage model for sustainable 2-3 growth
  • Recruit new Partners for IT and IP products
  • Recruit new partners for industry
  • Work closely with AM to ensure consistency in engagement model and sales execution
  • Drive Channel compliance in Certifications and Training

Professional Knowledge

  • More than 5/8-year experience building & leading world-class, revenue generation partner business models
  • Experience in main Partner will be preferred
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating the development of Top-Tier partners and establishing long-term mutually beneficial business relationship
  • Proven experience of recruiting, enabling and developing partners to execute on business plan
  • Track record in creating strategic deals with partners from "first call "to "signed contract"
  • Consistent track record in exceeding partner - driven sales quotas and partner Development goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across sales, marketing, presales, and ensure appropriate enablement activity is undertaken.
  • Adaptable and highly self-motivation.

Business Skills

  • Have a keen sense of industry, and be able to capture new opportunities in the industry by analyzing industry trends
  • Have industry influence, be able to engage in high-end dialogues with industry organizations, and promote industry consensus
  • Have strong customer communication and influence
