What You'll Do
- Responsible for full lifecycle management of large‑scale events from commercial contract to event closing.
- Main point of contact between event organizers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Communicate product and process needs to HQ, working with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate and prioritize requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for customer support.
- Document and make accessible all requirements necessary to achieve project goals.
- May be required on‑site during event launch or key moments.
Who You Are
- Hold a relevant degree and have a background in project management; thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
- 2‑3 years of project management or consulting experience; experience in events is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages appreciated.
- Strong appetite for learning, analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Solution‑oriented, able to identify problems and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized, efficient, curious mindset, willing to challenge boundaries.
- Comfortable communicating with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
- Strategic thinker when working on event partnership briefs or analyzing proprietary data.
