Partner Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Responsible for full lifecycle management of large‑scale events from commercial contract to event closing.
• Main point of contact between event organizers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, working with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate and prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for customer support.
• Document and make accessible all requirements necessary to achieve project goals.
• May be required on‑site during event launch or key moments.

Who You Are

• Hold a relevant degree and have a background in project management; thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• 2‑3 years of project management or consulting experience; experience in events is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages appreciated.
• Strong appetite for learning, analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution‑oriented, able to identify problems and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills and proven track record building positive working relationships.
• Highly organized, efficient, curious mindset, willing to challenge boundaries.
• Comfortable communicating with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Strategic thinker when working on event partnership briefs or analyzing proprietary data.
