Partner – Financial Restructuring

We are supporting a leading global professional services firm in the appointment of a senior Restructuring Partner to help develop and grow its restructuring capability in France.

The organisation has a significant international presence and is entering an exciting period of growth following major private equity investment into the business.

This investment is creating substantial opportunities across the organisation, both internationally and within France, and this appointment will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly dynamic leadership team to help shape the future direction of the restructuring practice.

The Opportunity

The successful Partner will take a senior leadership role across areas including:

• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Business plan development and review
• Performance improvement
• Transformation and implementation
• Stakeholder and management support during complex turnaround situations

The firm is looking for someone who combines strong technical restructuring expertise with senior client credibility and commercial capability .

This is not simply a role focused on inheriting an established portfolio.

There is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on the practice , working closely with the French leadership team and senior leaders internationally to determine how the restructuring proposition should develop and where the business should invest.

The Profile

Candidates must currently be operating at Director, Partner, Managing Director or equivalent senior level within a consulting or professional services firm.

We would be particularly interested in speaking with restructuring professionals with experience across areas such as:

• IBR
• Turnaround
• Cash & Liquidity Management
• Working Capital
• Business Plan Reviews
• Performance Improvement
• Cost Transformation
• Transformation and Implementation

The priority is finding someone who combines:

• Strong technical restructuring expertise
• Senior client and board-level credibility
• Financial and operational understanding
• Commercial capability and relevant relationships
• The ambition to help build and shape a significant practice
