Partner Experience Team Lead – French Market

Overview

Responsibilities include the daily oversight of a team of New Partner Experience Agents, coaching the team to develop skills, overseeing team behaviour and attendance, providing reporting on results, and developing and refining onboarding processes to ensure restaurants are set up for success. The role involves collaborating with other Team Leads, reporting on performance, and implementing action plans to drive improvement. The aim is to ensure the team hits agreed goals and that restaurants are comfortable with our systems to maximize their new partnership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily oversight of a team of New Partner Experience Agents
• Coach the team to develop skills, oversee behaviour and attendance, provide reporting on results, and develop and refine onboarding processes to support restaurant success
• Work together with other Team Leads
• Report on performance and put action plans in place to drive improved performance
• Ensure the team hits agreed goals, establishing a performance management framework for the team
• Ensure restaurants are comfortable with our systems so they can maximize their new partnership

Requirements

• Fluent or native in English and in French
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience in account management or customer service desirable
• Ability to work to targets and have a proactive attitude
