As part of our growth, we are looking for Partners capable of developing strategic client relationships, leading high-impact transformations, and contributing directly to the construction of DIAMETRAL’s future platform.
What You’ll Do
As a Partner, you will play a central role in the growth and structuring of DIAMETRAL.
You will operate as both a business leader and transformation executive, responsible for developing a strategic portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and contributing to the long-term development of the firm.
You will work directly with Managing Directors and Executive Leadership on key strategic topics related to growth, positioning, offerings, and international expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Client Leadership
- Develop and manage a portfolio generating €2M–€3M+ annual revenue
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
- Identify, shape, and close high-impact transformation opportunities
- Lead commercial proposals, executive presentations, and strategic negotiations
- Drive sustainable account development and long-term partnerships
- Contribute to DIAMETRAL’s market positioning and business expansion strategy
Delivery Oversight & Executive Sponsorship
- Ensure excellence across Data & AI transformation programs
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic client accounts
- Guarantee measurable business value, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
- Challenge teams when necessary to maintain DIAMETRAL’s standards of execution
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational execution, and technology strategy
Practice Building & Firm Development
- Contribute to the structuring and scaling of DIAMETRAL’s practices and offerings
- Participate in the development of methodologies, delivery standards, and go-to-market approaches
- Identify growth opportunities across industries, offerings, and geographies
- Support the expansion of DIAMETRAL’s international footprint
Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit and develop high-performing consultants and leaders
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and excellence
- Coach Managers, Business Managers, and consulting teams
- Act as a role model for DIAMETRAL’s leadership culture and operating principles
