Senior Banking & Finance Lawyers | International Firm | Paris

I am working with a top‑tier global law firm that is expanding its Banking & Finance practice in Paris. We are seeking lawyers with strong generalist finance experience who want to work on complex, cross‑border matters.

The Opportunity

The team is looking for senior lawyers with broad-based finance experience, including:

• General banking and finance
• Project, trade and export finance
• Acquisition finance (useful but not the primary focus)

The work is international rather than domestic and involves multi‑jurisdictional transactions for global clients.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in senior lawyers who:

• Can draft confidently, ideally with lender‑side experience
• Bring strong commercial judgement
• Have relationships with sponsors or a book of business
• Are ambitious and interested in growing their practice within a global platform

Partnership Pathways

For senior candidates, partnership will be considered.

The firm will actively support incoming partners to grow their practice, and this is explored transparently at interview.
