Job Description

Translate senior legal decisions into rigorous evaluation problems. Write reference analyses and grading criteria within your area of practice, review model responses for legal and strategic judgment, and explain the consequences of missing facts, weak reasoning or unsupported conclusions.

Practice scope

A JD and active US bar in good standing are required, together with at least five post-qualification years, senior specialty ownership and professional LLM use. Internship or clerkship-only experience is insufficient.

Professional background

Bring an accredited JD, an active US state bar membership in good standing and at least five years of substantive legal practice after qualification. Relevant institutions include law firms, corporate legal teams, courts and regulators; internships and clerkships alone do not establish the experience threshold. A highly ranked law school is preferred.

Your record should show senior matter ownership as a partner, counsel, senior associate, senior in-house lawyer or general counsel, with depth in a substantive legal specialty. You must have used large language models in professional work and be able to distinguish persuasive wording from correct legal analysis. Precise written feedback is essential. The planning profile is forty hours weekly for six months, with the actual IXO commitment agreed before work.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$105 $160/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
