Mews Partners is looking for a Partner to develop its Agri
Food & Consumer Product Goods (CPG) activity . This is a senior leadership role combining business development, client relationship management, and delivery oversight.
The Partner will play a pivotal role in accelerating Mews Partners' growth in this market, leveraging the firm's recognized expertise in other sectors and building on many credentials in the sector in the last 15 years, firstly on Supply Chain & Logistics, then on R&D, PLM and Transformation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Agri
Food & CPG sector
Build, develop, and maintain senior relationships with key clients
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, lead proposal development and contract negotiation
Represent Mews Partners at industry events, conferences, and in professional networks
Lead the Agri
Food & CPG activities at Mews Partners, in coordination with sector leaders across the Group
Adapt Mews Partners' sector offering and value proposition for the market, aligned with Mews Partners' methodologies
Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning on key Agri
Food & CPG topics: PLM Data governance, Supply chain, Digitalisation, Sustainability
Delivery & Team Management
Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability in accordance with Mews Partners' standards
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams (senior consultants, consultants, analysts)
Act as executive sponsor on strategic client accounts
Internal Contribution
Participate actively in Mews Partners' leadership team and strategic decisions for the sector
Contribute to talent development and recruitment within the firm
Foster cross-office collaboration between Agri
Food & CPG and other sectors (Retail, Pharma, Cosmetics…)
CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience
15+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to the Agri
Food & CPG major companies
Minimum 5 years in a senior consulting role (Partner, Director, or equivalent) with demonstrated business development achievements
Ability to rely on a C-Level network in Agri
Food & CPG sector
Skills
Excellent leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and develop teams
High degree of entrepreneurship and autonomy; comfortable in a growing, hands-on environment
A strong ability for cross development with other partners, sectors and practices
Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate complex problems into actionable recommendations
Languages
French: native or full professional proficiency (mandatory)
English: full professional proficiency (mandatory)
Education
Graduate degree from a leading engineering school, business school, or university (Master's level minimum)
