About the Role

Wireless World/Verizon Sales Associate – work side by side with store managers and teammates, learn about Verizon products and services, and develop valuable sales and customer service skills. Your ultimate mission will be to provide guests with outstanding service in a fun, energetic and supportive environment.

Typical Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding guest experience at our incredible locations.
• Utilize outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Wireless World, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Create an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic.
• Actively participate in Wireless World’s proven leadership and training program.

Required Skills

• Strong person‑to‑person communication skills.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.

Qualifications

• Motivated to learn.
• Driven to be successful and grow your skills.
• Reliable, punctual with a flexible schedule – able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
