Part-Time UX Research & Prototyping Lead (Remote)

QIMA is seeking a Lead Designer, UX Research and Prototyping for a part-time role (up to 15-20 hours per week). You will lead discovery, conduct user research, and produce interactive prototypes that engineers can implement beyond static mockups.

You will build scalable client experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion AI-enabled design practices to move fast while maintaining craft. This remote role supports European teams with flexible core hours.
