Paris - Workday Integration Junior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver integration solutions to Workday clients.
• Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
• Analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations and document requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
• Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that deliver on client needs.
• Work in a team environment, completing activities in the design, build, and testing of integration solutions.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements.
• Represent the voice of the customer – keeping the needs of employees, managers and business leaders at the center of all Workday design and deployment decisions.
• Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager, technical lead or supervisor, with status reports, and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Participate actively in the Workday Community, contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers and participating in user groups.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical engineering.
• Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
• Good understanding of how technology is changing and an appreciation of its potential to transform organizations.
• Eager to try new things and challenge oneself.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically, prioritizing problem solving.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organization skills.
• Passionate about client service excellence.
• Fluent language skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming experience in web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
• Experience with XML/XSLT and JavaScript.
• Experience with data analytics / big data.

Location and Travel

Work location: Paris. Available to travel when needed.
