What Will You Do?

As a Staff Data Analyst – Care Analytics at Back Market, you will own customer satisfaction measurement across care channels, diagnose root causes, and deliver insights that boost BPO performance. You will build evaluation frameworks for AI-powered tools like chatbots, tracking deflection rates and costs to prove investment value. Additionally, you will translate contact patterns into product roadmap priorities, design experiments with partners, and set analytical standards while mentoring junior analysts.
