L.E.K.’s Consumer practice is growing, and we are looking for talented consultants to join our team in Paris across multiple levels: from professionals with a couple of years’ experience through to experienced Managers.

Consumer is one of L.E.K.’s key global sectors. Our team advises leading businesses, management teams and investors on the strategic and commercial questions shaping consumer‑fac­ing industries. It is a broad and varied practice, spanning Retail, Food & Beverage, Home, Beauty, Health & Wellness, Travel & Leisure, Telecoms, Media & Entertainment, Clothing & Apparel, and Consumer, Business & Retail Services.

This breadth means no two projects look quite the same. You might be assessing a new market opportunity, helping a business define its growth strategy, supporting an acquisition, understanding changing customer behaviour or exploring how technology and AI will reshape an industry.

Where could you join?

We are recruiting across Associate Consultant, Consultant and Manager levels, with the scope and responsibility growing as you progress:

• Associate Consultants take ownership of analysis and defined project modules, conducting research, solving complex commercial questions and turning data into meaningful insights.
• Consultants lead workstreams, structure complex problems, guide junior colleagues and play an increasingly important role in developing the client answer.
• Managers lead case teams and client engagements, shaping the overall approach, developing recommendations, managing client relationships and coaching and developing their teams.

At every level, you will have the opportunity to work directly on important strategic questions, develop deep Consumer expertise and build experience across a highly varied portfolio of clients, sub‑sectors and business challenges.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who combine strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in the Consumer sector. You will enjoy getting underneath how businesses and markets work, understanding what drives customer behaviour, and translating evidence into clear, practical recommendations.

Depending on level, you will have experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory and/or M&A advisory. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on complex strategic or transaction-related questions and are comfortable analysing businesses, markets and commercial opportunities.

More experienced candidates will have a track record of leading workstreams, managing and developing teams, and building trusted client relationships.
