Paris Luxury Flagship Store Manager
Tom Ford Distribution Srl is looking for a Store Manager to lead our new boutique opening in Paris Rue Saint Honoré.
The ideal candidate, with at least 8 years of proven experience in a Store Managerial role within the Luxury Retail sector, will oversee all aspects of the boutique, ensuring protection of the Brand image, achievement of sales targets and KPIs, development of the Sales Team, and growth of the client portfolio.
This role will lead one of the most strategic and high-visibility flagship stores globally, acting as a key reference point for top clients, press, and internal stakeholders.
The Store Manager is expected to operate with exceptional standing and credibility, interacting regularly with VIC clients and senior internal management.
This position is key to the successful launch and long-term development of the new boutique, requiring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of luxury client dynamics.
The position reports directly to the Director of Stores and Operations Europe.
Profile
The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
He/She possesses exceptional executive presence and personal refinement, aligned with the highest standards of global luxury.
A strong knowledge of both Men’s and Women’s categories is required, along with a refined sensitivity to luxury fashion and client expectations. A deep understanding of the brand and its evolution under the current Creative Direction is essential, with the ability to effectively translate this vision to both team and clients.
The candidate has strong expertise in CRM, with a proven ability to build, activate, and develop a high-value client base through structured clienteling. Proven experience managing HNWI/VIC clients and delivering highly personalized and discreet service is essential.
A strong Retail Excellence mindset is required, with the ability to elevate selling ceremonies, in-store experience, and overall team performance standards. Ideally, the candidate has experience in Made to Measure (MTM) and/or Bespoke, with the capability to develop this business as a key driver of exclusivity and revenue.
A deep understanding of the Parisian luxury market is required, including local and international clientele, their expectations, and purchasing behaviors.
The candidate is highly experienced, charismatic, results-driven, and a true brand ambassador with a strong commercial mindset.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full opening process of the Paris Saint Honoré flagship, ensuring flawless execution of all pre-opening activities, timelines, and operational setups.
- Build, structure, and develop a high-performing Sales and back-office team to support a successful launch and sustainable growth.
- Act as guardian of the brand’s positioning, ensuring the boutique reflects the highest global standards at all times.
- Ensure full alignment with Brand image and Creative Direction guidelines.
- Deliver a consistent, elevated, and highly personalized client experience, with a strong focus on VIC/HNWI clients.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Analyze business performance, manage budgeting and reporting, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, nurture, and retain a strong client portfolio, with a focus on loyalty and high-value clients.
- Own and drive the CRM strategy, ensuring disciplined clienteling and team accountability on client KPIs.
- Lead by example with top clients, driving high-value transactions.
- Develop Made to Measure/Bespoke as a core pillar of client engagement and differentiation.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales Team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- Instill a culture of excellence, Retail Excellence standards, and strong CRM discipline.
- Ensure the team masters product knowledge, storytelling, and the brand vision under the current Creative Direction.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional client service and embodies brand values.
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of all boutique processes.
- Guarantee full compliance with company procedures, internal policies, legal requirements, safety standards, and HR guidelines.
- Ensure operational excellence consistently supports a best-in-class client experience, especially during high-profile moments.
- Actively participate in operational activities and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the boutique.
